• 19.00-21.00: First meeting and teaching

Monday, 26.5.2025

• 10.15-13.15: Rehearsal Bartók
• 14.15-17.00: Rehearsal Schubert/Haydn
• 18.00-20.00: Individual feedback with Johannes Schlaefli

Tuesday, 27.5.2025

• 10.15-13.15:Rehearsal Bartók
• 14.15-17.00: Rehearsal Schubert/Haydn
• 17.30-18.30: Group feedback
• Dinner with the group

Wednesday, 28.5.2025

• 9.00-10.45: Individual feedback
• 11.15-14.15: Rehearsal all pieces
• 15.15-16.30: General rehearsal
• 17.00-18.00: „Kostprobe“: public persentation with all 6 conductors
• End of the Masterclass with Apéro “meet and greet”
• The participants are prepared to conduct all the works of the masterclass-repertoire

Podium time: ca. 145 minutes per participant
Fee for active participants: 1750€
Application fee (non-refundable): 50€
Fee for passive participants: 300€. The number of places is limited.
Application deadline: March 9, 2025

There are some scholarships available, chosen participants can apply for.

We are pleased to announce the establishment of the „Alumni Orchestra Young Conductor Scholarship Fund“, which offers aspiring conductors an award to attend an additional Masterclass with Johannes Schlaefli.
